Nutrosal is social media-based platform through which it will offer consulting and coaching services related to nutrition by combining social networking and motivational groups with weight loss and fitness goals, members can connect with others who share similar objectives and foster mutual support. Utilizing cutting-edge AI techniques, the software will allow coaches and nutritionists to efficiently develop nutrition plans, while enabling members to receive prompt answers to their questions with minimal coach involvement.
This application will also have groups and rooms where people with the same goals can connect and embark on a weight loss journey together. The food eaten needs to be logged into the application and the system will then warn the user if they have not been properly following the plan. This software is unique because it will integrate features for coaches, nutritionists, and clients, eliminating the need for separate systems. It will combine social networking, motivational groups, and fitness and weight loss goals. Members will be able to connect with others who have similar goals, fostering a sense of community and support. The software will make use of cutting-edge AI techniques to help coaches and nutritionists create nutrition plans quickly, while members get prompt responses to their inquiries with little help from coaches. The software will empower users to maintain their healthy behaviors even after reaching their goals by promoting a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle that goes beyond diet and weight loss. Growing up, I was always a very active and healthy person making the best out of my life. Unfortunately, the very fortunate birth of my second child left me overweight. My days winded up feeding my newborn, munching on the sugar-packed food, and not having a minute to look in the mirror! However, the rush left me super overweight with a low energy level, yet I knew I had to get back in shape, and that’s what motivated me. In terms of my own training, my journey with weight loss is not about cutting out my calories, nor is it about a 60 minutes sweaty workout. However, in a nutshell, it is all about knowing what you are eating that drove me to lose 35 pounds within five months after my labor. The process involves paying close attention to what I have been consuming and the whole process of losing weight.
I am a Certified Health and Nutrition Life Coach who has helped more than 3000 people lose up to 85 pounds globally.

Ms. Salma Attaranasl is a seasoned software engineer with more than 10 years of work experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Computing from the University of Bristol, U.K., she has been a Healthy Eating Weight Loss Coach and has so far helped more than 6,000 people globally to lose weight and become healthy. This number is rapidly increasing. Ms. Salma Attaranasl also holds a certificate in healthy eating and weight loss coaching from Canadian Fitness Professionals Inc. (canfitpro), which she obtained on November 30, 2021. Currently, she is attending the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Mississauga in order to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
Mr. Nariman Mani is a highly-experienced senior software engineer and researcher with more than 15 years of professional experience. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Calgary, Canada, and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Carleton University, Canada.
Mr. Nariman Mani and Ms. Salma Attaranasl will use their extensive expertise in software development to create an application in order to grow their fitness and lifestyle business and help many people struggling with obesity.
