  • Behavioral nutrition
  • Habit formation
02

AI for coaches & clients

Cutting-edge AI helps coaches and nutritionists develop nutrition plans efficiently, while members receive prompt answers to their questions with minimal coach involvement.

  • LLM agents
  • Plan generation
  • Smart logging
03

Comprehensive digital platform

One place to track progress, follow workout plans, watch exercise videos and receive support — designed to be user-friendly, motivating and clinically sound.

  • Tracking
  • Content
  • Coach tooling
04

Social networking & motivational groups

Community is a clinical lever. Peer support, group challenges and shared accountability are essential to long-term adherence — so we build them as first-class features.

  • Group dynamics
  • Accountability
  • Adherence
05

Psychological & medical factors

Traditional diet plans hit a ceiling because they ignore mind and medicine. Our software accounts for psychological state and medical history to drive a higher success rate and lasting change.

04 — The platform

Nutrosal — the product our research powers.

A social-media-style platform that combines coaching, AI and community into one holistic experience for nutrition, fitness and lifestyle change.

Nutrosal is a social-media-based platform that delivers consulting and coaching services around nutrition. By combining social networking and motivational groups with weight-loss and fitness goals, members connect with others who share similar objectives and foster mutual support.

Cutting-edge AI lets coaches and nutritionists build nutrition plans efficiently, while members get prompt answers to their questions with minimal coach involvement. Logged meals are checked against the plan in real time, and the system gently alerts users when they drift off course.

The result is a platform that empowers users to maintain healthy behaviors long after they reach their initial goals — a holistic approach to lifestyle change that goes well beyond diet and weight loss alone.
